Road Maintenance

This division is located at 711 E. 23rd Street, and consists of the operations crews for the department. Three crews perform road and bridge maintenance functions including pavement maintenance, bridge maintenance and construction, grading, and snow and ice control. Fleet maintenance activities for all county vehicles is also performed out of this division.

The Operations division is responsible for noxious weed control and chemical sales, mowing and other roadside maintenance activities. In addition, park maintenance functions are also under the purview of the Operations division.
